We were so impressed that the very next day, we canceled our previous DJ and contacted Chicago Mobile DJs to handle our wedding. Back in August of 2007 my wife and I picked Marcus as our DJ. The main reasons we chose Marcus for our wedding was because of his professionalism, his knowledge and especially his trust. Marcus helped us pick out our music and had a great collection to choose from. Chicago Mobile DJs uses state of the art equipment and have a great setup. We went to a wedding where Marcus was the DJ, in Chicago, and we knew we had to get him to do our wedding! We asked and he agreed, and it was the best decision we made! He was by FAR the best one we could have possibly asked for! Our entire reception went as smooth as a reception could possibly go and it was all due to Marcus! He worked with the wedding Coordinator and along with everyone else to make sure the timing for everything was just perfect! He also made a photo montage for us that was just the most amazing montage ever! We still watch it all of the time!! Marcus does an extremely well job at making sure everyone is where they need to be, when they need to be there. He has the guests attention when he needs it, and nobody misses anything important going on! He also keeps everyone on the dance floor ALL NIGHT! He does the best job at reading people and knowing what type of music they want. It's Amazing! He is very professional, while at the same time, very personal, and fun! He sets the entire tone for the wedding, and Marcus does great at that! Marcus also took the time to get to know us throughout our entire wedding planning process! This way when it's time for the wedding, he knows exactly what you expect from the day! He has even become a friend of ours! We couldn't have been happier with our ENTIRE DJ experience! My wedding day was July 18th. Marcus has done weddings for others in my company as well. He took control and became a wedding coordinator it seemed. Made sure that the whole head table was taken care of, was a great go-to guy for questions for the banquet facility and most importantly, was an AWESOME DJ! He played to the likes of the older crowd, requests, playlists and then target the younger dance crowd in the evening. He even set up outside before the reception to handle the ceremony!! Everything went perfect, the guests all said it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they have been to. He played a huge part in that and I couldn't be happier!!! Recently I approached Marcus to see if he would donate his services to a young lady with a life threatening illness. You see I work for Kids Wish Network and we grant wishes to kids with life-threatening illnesses. I am working on a wish for a young lady from the Chicago area whose wish is to have a Quinciañera party for her 15th birthday. Marcus immediately agreed to help with his DJ services and gave me information to give to the young lady so she could start building a library of songs for her special event. Her event was everything she expected and more! Marcus went above and beyond in making this wish the best! Thank you Marcus!

Marcus helped us make our big day the wedding of the century. He especially helped me when I was stressed out about all the details in creating an "itinerary" for the evening. We had two best men and two maids of honor, so we were concerned about when we should have speeches and Marcus took care of it perfectly. He said he would make sure everything went smoothly and it did. It was a phenomenal evening and by far the best wedding I've ever been to. Yes, I am sort of biased because it was MY wedding but all I heard were compliments. Everyone had a blast. Once the dance floor opened up it was a non-stop party. The lighting effects Marcus used were awesome and really added excitement and energy to the reception. We could not have asked for a better or more attentive DJ. He followed our "do not play list" to a T (Thank you for that) and was more than accommodating to our guests' requests. Thank you for helping us make our evening so wonderful.‎

Marcus was very cordial and professional. We were very late in getting our dance requests to him. He never bugged us. He always was there for us and let us work at our own pace not his. Marcus was an excellent DJ. He called ahead of time to find out what the groom was wearing, so as not to out dress him. He was informed of the type of atmosphere we wanted so as not to offend the bridal party or our guests. Marcus introduced out children, the bridal party, by name and school affiliation (8 kids, 8 schools including 5 colleges) Marcus played every type of music including a great set of musica Latina.
